Sortie

Community Guidelines

Last updated: June 7, 2026

Sortie is built for gamers to find real teammates. Keep it that way. These rules exist to make the platform safe and enjoyable for everyone.

Do

  • Keep clips to genuine gameplay footage from supported games (LoL, Valorant, TFT)
  • Only upload clips of your own gameplay — plays you recorded yourself
  • Be respectful in messages and connection requests
  • Report content that breaks these rules using the report button
  • Represent your rank and skill level honestly
  • Use your real in-game username so teammates can find you

Don't

  • Post pornographic, sexually explicit, or NSFW content of any kind
  • Upload videos that are not gameplay (vlogs, IRL footage, edited non-gaming content)
  • Upload clips that aren't your own gameplay (stolen, re-uploaded, or someone else's plays)
  • Harass, threaten, or bully other players — in messages or on profiles
  • Use slurs, hate speech, or discriminatory language anywhere on the platform
  • Spam connection requests or messages
  • Impersonate another player, streamer, or pro player
  • Claim a rank you haven't earned
  • Share another person's personal information without their consent (doxxing)
  • Advertise, sell, or promote services, accounts, or products
  • Use bots, scripts, or any automated tool to interact with the platform

Clip & Upload Rules

📁 Formats: MP4, MOV, WEBM, AVI, MKV only.

📦 File size: 50 MB maximum per clip.

📅 Upload limit: 7 clips per 7-day rolling window.

🎮 Content: Gameplay footage from League of Legends, Valorant, or TFT only. No IRL footage, streams of other games, or edited content designed to mislead.

🪪 Ownership: Only upload your own gameplay. To win the weekly skin prizes you must be able to prove the clip is yours — for example a matching in-game name or account. Stolen or re-uploaded clips are disqualified and removed.

👤 Consent: If your clip features other players' voices or personal information, you are responsible for having their consent to share it.

How to Report

Every clip has a report button (the three-dot menu). Use it if you see content that breaks these rules. Reports are reviewed and acted on as quickly as possible.

For urgent issues — harassment, threats, or illegal content — use the Feedback page in your dashboard and select Bug report or Other with full details.

Enforcement

Actions we may take, depending on severity:

Content removalThe specific post, clip, or message is deleted. No account action.

We reserve the right to act immediately and without warning for serious violations. Bans are final in cases of explicit content, doxxing, or harassment campaigns.
